Decommission 17 Financial Centers from California to Washington, DC commencing October 2017 and completion by December 2017. Schedule was to complete all 17 locations within 14 weeks. Items would be flagged as Reuse, Liquidation or Disposal / Donation.

Customized solution

GWS reviewed the sites and implemented a Sharepoint site to gather information (floor plans, photos, COI, etc) for each site. We utilized our network of partners for Moving, Installation, AV, GC and Logistical services. The recommendation was to gather all Liquidation and Disposal items in one location to review. Items that were redeployed, were shipped from site, or partner warehouse by financial center location.

Once execution began, GWS utilized Smartsheet for all communication. Each site and task had a line item with status. This mitigated a myriad of emails, and a hard to follow chain of custody. This also allowed for instant updates to the JLL PM’s and Customer.
